About Dustin and Family By Heart

Professionally, Dustin Gruss has worked over 20 years in the customer service industry, striving to meet and exceed the expectations of customers and clients alike.

It's been his time spent over the last 9 years as a Certified Professional Coach, Personal Trainer, and Motivational/Public Speaker, or "Greatness Facilitator" as he prefers to call it, are the years that have been the most meaningful. Through his company, Step Up To Greatness LLC, Dustin was able to give clients the tools, encouragement and motivation to meet their goals and see it transform and impact their world- it was the fulfillment and gratification that his soul had been looking for. That was until...

After experiencing infertility, the winding roads of foster care, the flood of emotions that come with adoption and now the highs and lows of parenthood- Dustin realized there was another population that needed attention and he created Family By Heart.

Through the Family By Heart podcast, speaking and coaching services, Dustin helps tired and over-stressed dads and husbands create powerful habits to lead their families with love and joy. "Create a thriving future for your children by taking care of yourself, today!"

OUR STORY

How We Became "The Gruss Family"

Dustin's switch of focus on podcasting, speaking and coaching didn't come out of thin air. It was the experiences him and his wife lived and are currently going through now, raising their two adopted boys as a multi-racial family. Listen to their story as told by them in episodes 2+3 of the podcast.
